Penumbra

I designed this shawl to show off some of my favorite color gradients. And the process was so pleasant ... and addictive! ... that I now have four of them! It's about time for me to put this out there so that you can have as much fun as I've been having

Shown in Pink colorway.

The shawl begins top center with Emily Ocker's cast-on. Lace and then stripes are worked with increasing stitch count until the shawl reaches its full width. Then each side is worked individually, ending with German short rows to square off the ends.

Besides using my own Sunday Knits yarns, Spun Right Round sent me a half dozen of their speckle-dyed Classic Sock skeins to use. How much fun it was watching these colors blend as I worked down the sides!

If you're like me, you won't be able to put this one down!
